Responsibilities:
• Provide consulting services on the usage and customization of SAP SuccessFactors modules based on the client's needs.
• Liaise with stakeholders to understand requirements, proposing solutions that align with business objectives.
• Identify system issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Supervise the creation of test cases and oversee testing activities to ensure the quality and reliability of the proposed solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with other team members and departments to achieve project goals, providing expert advice when required.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant.
• Comprehensive understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• English language level minimum B1; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
• SAP Certifications are a benefit.
